In honor of our most recent anniversary, we brewed a beer that was hefty enough to stand up to such an occasion, an imperial milk stout. We then took a small amount of it and hid it away in wet whiskey barrels. The result. Delicious. We'll be releasing this beer to the public this Saturday starting at 12. We have a very limited amount of cases so don't wait. Limit 2 bottles per person. $15/bottle. 750 ml.

"This beer has no name. The beer was crafted utilizing over 25 years of experience creating small-batch specialty ales to commemorate the first anniversary of Middleton Brewing. Initial bottles were sold at the Pub during the anniversary celebration. The remaining beer was sequestered in wet oak barrels obtained from a Texas distillery."

"The beer has recently emerged from our cellar and is available in limited release bottles at the Pub."

"The unnamed beer began life as a big robust stout. This release features initial flavors of bourbon that blend with beautifully rounded nutty and roasted flavors supported by significant notes of chocolate and vanilla. The beer is chewy-good and should be sipped in a proper glass."
