We're going to kick off this series with our Saison aged in local red wine barrels.

This beer fuses the gap between the beer and wine world with a beautifully-light saison melded with the flora and fauna of these local red wine barrels.

Notes of sherry, lemon zest, plum and a little barnyard funk make this beer dangerously drinkable and able to cellar for up to a year.

Bottles are available for pre-order now at the pub. $15/bottle. Limit 2 per person.
