Middleton Brewing brings you Cinnabar, our Barrel-Aged Belgian Dubbel refermented with tart cherries. This beer is one to drink now or set it up for a year or so to allow it to evolve.

The beers in the Hound House series are one-off barrel aged projects or experimental small-batch beers. Each one you have is unique but they all have something in common, they don't last.
