Come see why food and beer make the perfect pairing at this intimate experience that spans the globe.  Come learn more about the world of beer and food.

Working with John Sandersen, MBTX coined the term Culinary Zymurgy. We feel it is the perfect term for pairing food with beer. The actual definition of each word is:

Culinary - having to do with cooking or the kitchen.

Zymurgy - the study or practice of fermentation.

Each of the 5 plated courses are paired with a Hand-Crafted Beer selected to enhance the flavors of the meal. All drinks are included in the cost of the meal.

The theme of Culinary Zymurgy number 22 is Indian. The menu is:

Course 1 - Jahl Muri - Spicy Puffed Rice Salad

Course 2 - Flowercha Rassa - Cauliflower with Coconut and Pepper

Course 3 - Murgh Mkhani - Butter Chicken

 Course 4 - Lamb Rogan Josh - Spiced Lamb Stew

 Course 5 - Qubani Ka Meetha - Stewed Dried Apricots with Cardamom
