If you know us here at Middleton Brewing, you know we adore our Belgian beers. Chef John Sanderson has put together a traditional menu of Belgian fare to be paired with a hefty portion of our in-house Belgian ales.
NEWS UPDATE: We now have 5 Certified Cicerones on staff. That’s correct, 5. We would argue that’s more than anywhere in Texas. If you know of somewhere with more, please feel free to correct us. Our in house Cicerones have taken and passed an extensive exam on beer styles, production, storage, equipment and food pairings. This will be our first Culinary Zymurgy dinner with all 5 Cicerones putting their heads together with Chef John. Don’t miss it!
