Middleton Brewing would like to formally invite you to our 4th Anniversary Party at the pub on Saturday, December 5th starting at 12.

We'll be tapping our first ever Anniversary Ale. A big celebration requires a big beer to celebrate with. We'll be celebrating with our Imperial Stout brewed with chocolate and vanilla.

The beer pours with a big malty head and rich earthy aromas. Open your senses and enjoy flavors of bitter chocolate, vanilla, and hints of coffee and dried stone fruit. The finish is expansive with lingering chocolaty notes.

By itself, the beer is a complex sippers delight. With food, it will enhance a variety of dishes. Try it with any ham dish from a hearty sandwich to a fine Serrano ham. Steaks and hearty stews will welcome this beers presence.

With dessert, this beer can easily go where no wine will dare. The beer is a perfect match for chocolate cakes or vanilla ice cream.
